During our Company
meeting on October 20th 2006 we voted in our newest member, Joe Sztaba, who was sponsored by Fire Lieutenant Jake Gibbons.
Joe Sztaba may be new to firefighting but he is not new to EMS as he
has worked for Metro and holds a basic EMT card. While working for
Metro he has responded to a wide variety of EMS calls in Buffalo and
Lackawanna. Everyone should do their part to make him feel welcome
and help him in any way possible. He has much experience and will
make a fine addition to the ranks of the Woodlawn Fire Company.
